Almost Sixty Years Ago - C&O 2006.

C&O 2006 (ALCO RSD-5) has been traded in to GE in Erie, Pennsylvania in the late 1960's/early 1970's.

Looks like it still has its builder plate and class lights. I guess not all of these had been traded in on EMD SD18's.

I don't know if I've ever seen a photo of one of these in C&O colours. The NYC hopper car is almost as interesting a subject.
