Gildersleeve copy slide classics (vol 198): Horseshoe Bend
Author: santafe199

Gildersleeve set 159, captions #18, #19 & #20: "Scenes on the Idaho Northern, at Banks, Gardena, and Horseshoe Bend, Scenes on the Idaho Northern, at Banks, Gardena, and Horseshoe Bend, all on 10/8/64. Gordon Glattenberg". I’m thinking this is caption #20 for the image below…

1. UP 507 leading a freight at Horseshoe Bend, ID on October 8, 1964. Is that the train # in the number boards?
Photo by Gordon Glattenberg. Tom Gildersleeve commercial Ektachrome copy slide from set #159.
Scanned from the late James W. Watson collection.

Thanks for looking back!

Maybe they stole that plow from the 5063 you posted on 8/3/26. : > )
