Getting Ready for Fall - CP on the Ottawa Valley at Bonfield, On

Westbound CP ovehead on Ottawa Valley at Bonfield, Ontario 10/13/03 .  This section abandoned part of line from Smith Falls to North Bay which I believe was route of Montreal section of Canadian.

Several times I parked at this location as there was a driveway behind me.  I had my Border Collie with me and he would interact with local dogs.

The Montreal section would come out of Ottawa to Carleton Place and then turn West to Almonte and eventually North Bay. When I was a kid I lived in Carleton Place.
