A very tightly-cropped roster shot, typical of mid-century railfan photography. So there’s not much background detail to use for a location ID. I’m hoping someone has an identical dupe in their own collection. AND that slide info was attached. TIA for any help…

1. CRI&P 365 at Silvis, IL* on January 3, 1965.
Al Chione copy slide, no other info is known.

Hmmmmm. I'm wondering what the unusual girders are used for next to the track. Could it be for a coaling machine, bridge or other overhead structure? That might shed a clue on the location.

Ok, looks to be bents for the overhead walkway bridge at Silvis.
