Presidential candidate John Anderson speaking to the masses from SP 141-Oakland on track 1 in San Jose, Nov. 1, 1980. Even though this is an old photo, it's kind of a timeless image of presidential campaigning. I bet even George and John did a little whistlestopping this year. I don't remember much of Anderson's speech, other than I thought his daughter was cute.
