It was sweet catching this SP “snoot” with it’s light package still intact as it passed through Sand Cut eastbound. Yes it was a bit dirty, but still a find. If memory serves, the “Silly Paint” 45R behind had already fallen victim to a Mars light lobotomy. Such was railroading in 1992, but at least it was still the Southern Pacific.

Thanks for the post Mac, nice photo and good to see you posting again. Here is some SP I caught as well, '92 Bealville with one in the hole.

Full light package. Very nice. When the SP was still the SP.
