Coal train e. of Tehachapi (late 90's)

This short train served the plant at Monolith, just e. of the town of Tehachapi. I believe it would make its short run up from Mojave, do its work, and return to Mojave. Does this still run? Thanks in advance, Steve

Yes, it does with the local out of Mojave
82 or 83.

Nice pic, wish I had my camera out of my bag when I saw that train a few years ago with a solid set of SP EMDS racing though Cameron when my friend and Mark were on our way home from camping!
