I'm going to take a wild guess here and say the Cornwall Railroad. Not really sure of the location though, maybe somewhere north of Lebanon?

Dead on guess....Cornwall Railroad. Near Ephrata.

There's still about 1/4 mile of the old Cornwall Railroad left there at Lebanon. It's basically just a spur for a plastics industry there.
