MLW Monday North Jct Then and Now
Author: kgmontreal

From 1979 comes a photo of a quartet of MLW C-424 units at North Jct in Montreal West on their way to Newport, Vermont.  In the second shot, taken at the same location on New Year's Day 2017, a Union Pacific GEVO leads an ethanol train bound for the D&H.

Excellent photos. That now disused signal bridge makes a great photo prop.

Wow, lots of changes...MLW to GE, Canadian Pacific to Union Pacific, summer to winter!  Great now and then shots KG.
P.S. I do see signals over to of the three track and just a mast over the track on the right.

Beautiful shots, and I love those big gussets on the signal bridge; I've never seen any like it before (I know, I don't get around much, I guess).
