Blessed be the CPR
Author: kgmontreal

On a spring Sunday a CPR AC4400 pulls across a crossing in Old Montreal having cut off its container train in the Port of Montreal.  Even the tourists are impressed and are shooting phone photos.  With a church towering over the locomotive one can only hope that some good fortune rubs off on the railway.

Were you there for the old port symphony and if so, did any locomotives participate this time?

And here I always thought the old quote was "God damn the CPR!" Or does that only apply to western farmers?

Nice photo indeed. Tose buildings are an excellent backdrop.
