MLW Monday, BC Rail
Author: M-420

M630 718 leads southbound freight #12 out of the fog and into Brackendale, BC on Feb 7, 1988. The train is just a few miles away from Squamish, BC, about 40 miles north of Vancouver.
M630 718 and and SD40-2 are up front.   Note the eagle flying in the trees. Brackendale is full of Eagles.

Lots of atmosphere in that shot.  Both literal and figurative.

I'm not normally a fan of R/W/B paint and all (e.g. RailAmerica), but does that ever pop off the background! The double-green wouldn't have worked the same at all.
