------------------------------------------------------- > May be the Havelock - Toronto train. Dave, the Havelock train was generally two RDCs with no checked baggage. Train 187 was due to arrive in Toronto at 08:50 on week days. (one hour later on the week-end) Marty, The other RDC equipped trains entering Toronto Union from the east were the Ontarian No.651 arriving at 09:55 and VIA No.631 from Stouffville arriving at 08:05. It was really a commuter train while running from Stouffville but a half hour later the consist continued on as VIA 635 to Niagara Falls, ON. None of these trains however had checked baggage. Judging from the low light I would guess the train would have been the earliest RDC consist to arrive. Remember that Eastern Daylight Time back in 1981 started on April 26th therefore it was brighter earlier than this past March.
