Not surprised the TSB is now involved.
As soon as i read the comment about a steel cable (breaking)
thought of metal fatigue and similar.

Suspect when the investigation is completed the operations
of this, the last railroad logging operation in North America
will be vastly different. Workplace accidents do not
have to happen; in this case three lives lost in a small
closely knit community shall have a lasting effect.

Not as big an incident as Lac Megantic for sure but still big enough to attract a "lot" of
attention. Lots of questions to be answered...
