a few for "on this day"
Author: hoggerdoug

May 20, 2007 on the shop track at Quesnel BC. Shortly after going on duty, I took a few grab shots inside the Rocky Mountaineer "Fraser Discovery" before we started our northward jaunt to Prince George. The images are not the greatest.

three views of inside the "parlor / lounge". Can't recall the number or name of this coach and it only did a few trips on this route.

couple views inside the Gold Leaf service dome car as well as a shot of the spiral stairs up to the dome. There was a lift available for passengers with mobility issues.
The paying riders pay big bucks to ride these seats and for the view. I was paid reasonable bucks to ride the best seat on the train with the best view.

three views below the dome. Small kitchen galley, big crew putting out some wonderful meals. Two views of the tables.

There are/were three of these: RMRX 3030, 3033, 3039. 3033 is off the roster.
