Canadian Railroads > Sun ,Warm Weather Kamloops B.C.

After all the rain and damp weather the flowers are starting to show them self's ,this train is heading east at Tranquille on the CN Ashcroft Sub. If you look close on the other side of the water of Kamloops lake you can see a CP train also heading east on the CP Thompson Sub .Both trains to be stopping in Kamloops BC. For a brief period in the spring--before everything turns brown--the Kamloops area is very pretty.
I went through there last weekend on the way to Clearwater. Drove up the old highway (5A) from Merritt
so no trains but the weather was perfect--sunny with big fluffy cumulus clouds floating about. Coming
up along Nicola lake and the smaller ones to the north of it made for a very pleasant drive. Good to
see that you got out to enjoy some of the good weather and shoot some trains at the same time...
