A Roll By in March 1980 -- What and Where

These are Roger Puta's. The power is CN 4016 (GP40) and 6793 (FPA4). Help on where he was and info on the train would be appreciated.

It's eastbound at Coteau Jct. The train is coming off the Alexandria sub from Ottawa and onto the Kingston sub to continue to Montreal.
