Canadian Railroads > Why did CN put E bells on some of the Ex BC Rail Dash 9s?Date: 09/24/17 16:54 Why did CN put E bells on some of the Ex BC Rail Dash 9s? Author: railfaneric Good Evening everyone. I saw videos of some EX BC Rail C44-9W locomotives with E Bells. Why did CN put Electronic bells on these Dash 9 locomotives? I thought NS was the only railroad company who ordered Dash 9s with Electronic Bells.
