The cranberry harvest in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley always draws a crowd.
Flood the cranberry fields, and millions of cranberries pop up to the surface, ready for harvest.
B.C. produces about 100 million pounds per year, about 12 percent of the North American total.

CP transfer V89, with 7 locomotives and 176 cars,
is eastbound on the CN Yale Sub main line at Langley, B.C.

Later, CP transfer V71, is hauling intermodal traffic from CP’s Coquitlam yard to the Deltaport container terminal at Roberts Bank.

The harvest is almost done, as CN’s hot intermodal train 111 passes westbound.
CN 3028, mid-train CN 2929

Farm fresh cranberries available roadside, $2 for 1 pound, $8 for 4.5 pounds.
Just leave your money, and take what you need, “Honour System”.

I like the old APL container. That seems to have survived the sands of time.
