Ocean schedule

Does anyone know if there is a way to find an actual Ocean schedule that lists all of the stops, not just the end point times. I have had no luck on the Via web site. Thanks

On the VIA Home Page....upper Left:
Under "Plan You Trip"
....'Schedules"
....all the .PDF Schedules are there

Even better, at this link http://www.viarail.ca/en/plan-your-trip/departures-arrivals you can track the progress of the train as it travels between Halifax and Montreal (enter the train number and date). When I checked a few minutes ago, it had left Halifax on time at 13:00.
