The irony I was trying to point out, however, was that the Government seemed unwilling to step in and participate in any way in paying for the repairs. They're being inconsistent. If you're going to remain on the sidelines and not partcipate when OmniTrax is on the scene, shouldn't you, likewise, maintain that same stance when OmniTrax is no longer on the scene?
