Canadian Railroads > The Canadian Toronto-Vancouver 07-26 to 07-30-2018

As I have reported we rode The Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver from July 26th to July 30th on the revised ex tented schedule. I shot approximately 1500 photos of the trip and have been working on them ever since. I have finally gotten them completed to post. This was the best regularly scheduled overnight train I have taken since the 1960's.

1: The adventure begins at Toronto Union Station with the big board showing on-time departure

3: My other half Wendy boarding the Glacier Park. We departed on time at 10:00 PM went approximately 4 or 5 miles and went into emergency due to a trespasser almost getting hit. The delay was approximately a half hour
