MLW Monday - pulling one for a good cause
Author: Mberry

To raise money for the Special Olympics, CN helped organize the 'steel challenge' at Exporail in St-Constant, Qc yesterday, where teams competed to see who could pull MLW RS-18 CN 3684 the furthest (one of the CN teams won).

1-The VIA team gives it a go.

2-The John Abbott College Police Technology team.

3-One of the CN teams.

4-A view from the other side.

5-The competition is on either side of 3684 (in the form of two GP9's)

6-Another succesful MLW roadswitcher model, the M-420W is seen near 3684.

Well, we all know VIA can’t move anything without help from CN 😀

Looks like the CN team has more beef, not surprising for railroaders.
