CN #2989 with 8 new GE's

CN #2989 north had 8 new non-T4 GE's in tow at De Soto, IL today. 

#s were:3867,3861,3864,3863,3866,3865,3855,3869

Likely because either CN is not impressed with the TIER IV unit, or Progress Rail doesnt have the bugs worked out of them.
