FP5. Crude-by-rail volumes were slashed by half in February compared to January, on account of the narrowing price difference making crude-by-rail subeconomic. This reminds me of one of the climactic lines delivered by John Cleese as Dennis Moore, the highwayman, in a Monty Python episode: "Blimey, this redistribution of wealth is trickier than I thought." There just might be more predictable investments right now. I don't envy anybody.
