BCOL 763
Author: hoggerdoug

Three images, slide date is August 1985 which would be about right considering the build date for this loco was July 1985. Anyhow, images taken at Williams Lake BC shop track and I can't recall why this unit was sort of by itself. With permission, another railroad employee / railfan and I were taking pictures while the unit was fairly new and clean. We also took the liberty of putting up some nice white flags, "run extra".  I never really did care for the newer BC Rail "red, white & blue" paint scheme but will admit it looked pretty sharp this day.
thanks for looking.
Doug

Looks like a CP style plow pilot to me.

If my memory serves me correctly these were tacked onto the CP 5865-79 order.

Clean! As much as the RWB scheme may not have been your favourite, those silver trucks bailed out the fact that they are shaded, the sun not having gotten far enough around yet. A railfan's friend.

Canadian-Style stepwells that accumulate less snowfall due to being vertical.
