Canadian Railroads > Churchill Train #2Date: 08/07/19 06:33 Churchill Train #2 Author: CNStratford VIA 692 heading north on Sunday July 7
Picture 1 - Railway museum in former CPR Portage la Prairie station. Picture 2 - Group welcome meeting in the lounge area of Evangeline Park. There was no attendant but one of the staff kept a carafe of coffee for us in the car. Picture 3 - A stop to stretch our legs in Dauphin Manitoba Date: 08/07/19 06:55 Re: Churchill Train #2 Author: andersonb109 Good to see one of the Park Cars in it's original form. Although the new version's configuration in the bar area is much more passenger friendly. Anyone know what happened to the art that replaced the original paintings in the four cars that were re-configured for Prestige service?

They are in the Business Lounge (formerly known as the Panorama Lounge) in Toronto Union Station. They are in the back part of the lounge which is signed for Prestige passengers. Except for two mornings a week it is available for all to use. Date: 08/07/19 15:18 Re: Churchill Train #2 Author: nonamemal Thanks for posting.
