Canadian Railroads > Switcher Saturday TH&BDate: 11/09/19 05:24 Switcher Saturday TH&B Author: briancdn Their NW2's were built by EMD, the SW9's by GMD. The NW2's ended their careers on the TH&B, but many of the SW9's went on to serve for many years on industrials and shortlines.
Interesting the switchers are carrying poles and chains, not that common on Canadian switchers. A great roster and unit dispostion is available here http://www.thbrailway.ca/diesel/diesel.htm I photographed these TH&B switchers in Hamilton in Oct 1977 Brian N. Edited 1 time(s).
