Canadian Railroads > Shots at dusk 1977Date: 11/12/19 05:27 Shots at dusk 1977 Author: briancdn Sometimes I would just shoot in bad lighting conditions knowing that the results would be a hit or a miss. As I often headed for St Lambert or St Hubert after work, I knew any eastbound would be backlit; but I would shoot anyway. More often than not the results were less than perfect; but now and then a shot would stand out just from being different from all those well lit roster shots.
Same applied to shots at dusk. But when it worked; the effect was very satisfying. Here are three shots at dusk that remain among my favourites from the late 70's. The Eastbound Ocean, A Quebec train and a commuter train at dusk. (Southeast of Montreal) Brian N. Thanks for the photo posting. ALLENĀ Date: 11/12/19 10:49 Re: Shots at dusk 1977 Author: refarkas You certainly got the best out of that light.
