Here are some photos of West Coast Railway Association's FP9 6520 in its shiny new zebra-striped paint.
1. The night before its public unveiling, 6520 is about ready to leave the old BC Rail shops for the short trip to the railway museum grounds.
2. 6520 takes a spin on the turntable.
3. Posed beside the depot.

4, 5. Two more views beside the station.
6. On November 23, 6520 leads the Polar Express past the CN station in Squamish.

I love the mood that was set that night.  A job VERY well done.

Great shots, and a fine locomotive and restoration project!
I remember the FP-9s on the Super Continental and the Rapidos.
Seeing and hearing a three-unit set -- two A units and a B unit -- at speed on the Kingston Subdivision was an awesome experience.
