Canadian Railroads > Laggan Sub Nov 30

I started out yesterday with the intention of heading west and trying to catch 112 coming out of Field and chasing it back to Canmore. I got waylaid.

1. 11:10 - Eastbound 100 at Canmore
2. 12:18 - Westbound 301 at Banff
3. 12:44 - Westbound 113 at Banff

4. 13:11 - Westbound 303 at Banff East
5. 13:50 - Eastbound 300 at Castle Mountain
6. 14:12 - Eastbound 112 tail-end at Morants

That scenery is just awesome. How often are those special heritage units coming by your location?
Hoping to catch those if we head that way again

There's only 4 of 10 out and about so far and I think they've been to Vancouver once each. I missed them each time (bad weather, middle of the night, etc) so I'm still hoping myself.

Of the heritage-liveried units, at least three have been to Vancouver -- 7010, 7012 and 7015. Of those, 7010 has been at least twice.

All of the military-liveried units (7020, 7021, 7022, 7023 and 6644) have made a trip to the coast.
