Update from VIA re cancellations

VIA has issued an updated advisory.

The main points are the Canadian and the Ocean are now cancelled through May 1st. Business Class will no longer be offered as of Monday March 23. Cancellations in the Corridor are now listed "until further notice." All tickets for travel until May 31 are now refundable without charge.
