Canadian Railroads > Billboard Ocean at Oxford Jct.

With the Ocean canceled for the foreseeable future, I've decided to dig into my "archives" for some shots from when it was a 6-day a week train, that ran mostly on time.

Here is F40 6429 in the Telus billboard scheme (dubbed the "Popsicle" by one former TO member) and a long string of Budd cars crossing River Phillip, just west of Oxford Jct., NS on May 19, 2003.  The bright green paint almost matches the trees that are starting to bud.  6429 also had a long stint in a Home Hardware scheme, promoting a contest for that chain.
