Just read the new ruling on trains with hazardous shipments. Damn, I would hate to be the fellow that has to know all the law on making up trains, their speed limits, maybe even their route along with ever thing else.

This new ruling is akin to a government edict written by lawyers in the most confusing language as possible so railroads can be hit with fines.
