Query on CP Rail C424 roof

Hi all, I have apic of CP Rail 4209 that shows when they were last reapinted, they received a line of antiskid paint in the middle of the roof the entire length, now anyone could tell me if the color was black , dark gray or clear, if I look at the cab roof, look clear but the rest look dark and not from soot as the side of it in some place is rather clean vs where the antiskid is.
