Is Revelstoke, BC a crew change point on the CP?  I've noticed on the Revelstoke railcam that many eastward trains stop and block the grade crossing.  TIA for info.

Yessir, westbound crews work Revelstoke to Kamloops, eastbound crews to either Field or Golden depending on where the train is going.
