704 was a favorite of mine, so it's always nice to see that one. M-630 #719 holds the distinction of being the last green six motor unit on the line. After the GE's arrived in 1990, the railway sent most of thier 630 fleet back to Erie in trade. Eight units were retained for a short time and of these, only 719 was green. All 630's were off the line by the end of 1990. Brian E |
