Very nice shot. With a steam generator and super dome to boot.

I have the good fortune to ride this train in the early '70s then the bad luck of having the super dome bad ordered so rode through with my head out the dutch door most of the time. Luck did again smile as Mt. Robson was totally clear as we passed.

This train always had a lot of "head-end M&E traffic" - any particular reason why? Was it serving "northern communities?"
