C. P.Potash Train 669/724, has the  G.E AC4400CW C.E.F.X. 1006 ( painted as Central Maine & Quebec RR 1006 ) in second position, today. Train is headed towards Kingsgate, B. C.

Where were these photos taken? I have some friends who are interested in shooting it here on the UP side of the border.

Approaching Moose Jaw, Sk. This unit should run-through to Portland, Ore. USA. Fred

Currently in Lethbridge yard being fueled and inspected at 1300 mdt. I predict an overnight run down the Spokane International but that could mean daylight down the Gorge.

Thank you for the update Darren. An overnight run down the SI may mean a daylight run down the Washy as well, fingers crossed for my buddies over there licking their chops to shoot this engine.

It got yanked off between Lethbridge,AB,and Eastport,ID and replaced by the UP 5028, so it's still up there in Canada.
