CN 3115 (BCR heritage scheme) is heading west

For those out west who are waiting for 3115 to make it to BC, It was on the point of a westbound intermodal out of Winnipeg on CN Rivers Sub 30 minutes ago.

(I don't know what train number it was, as scanners are illegal in Manitoba!)

Q 18331 20 to Prince Rupert, ETA there Tuesday evening.

Scanners aren't illegal in Manitoba, rather there's an obscure law that prohibits them from being "permanently installed" in a vehicle. So you can still use them in the province and I'd be surprised if any law enforcemnt members would even bother you.
