CP Diesel Rear Pilots Continued

A few days ago, there was a thread started by briancdn concerning the absence of pilots on CP road switchers, at https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?15,5169531. To keep it attached to that thread for future reference, I posted some photos and remarks up there today. Several days have passed since the original post, so this might slip by you in case it was of interest.
