Overloaded?

Photographed at Bedford Quarry (near Halifax, NS) on June 3, 2007.  I don't recall if it actually left the loading area like this.

It looks like the truck springs are totally compressed.

If you consider the angle of repose of dry, unconsolidated material, which is around 30-35 degrees depending on the material, and extrapolate the visible part of the load, maybe it meets the car sides at the white line?

It's hard to tell in the photo because the trucks are so shaded, but when I deliberately over-exposed the original RAW file, there's no question:

And, look at the thin wheel rims.  Should not have been left loaded like it was.
