CP power to Squamish and beyond
Author: loleta

CP units appear on CN's Squamish Sub. perhaps only once or twice a year, so it's worth a photo when it happens. On March 28:
1. Two CP units switch the Squamish dock on train 546.
2. Trains rarely run north of Squamish anymore, so seeing not just a train but CP power was a treat. This is a light-engine move to retrieve stored cars from Mons siding in Whistler. Photo taken in Cheakamus Canyon.

3, 4. Two days later, the CP units were still around. This is 546 northbound at Deeks and at Squamish South.
5. On April 2, things are back to normal: CN power on 546 south of Porteau.
