(1)
The Canadian Fairbanks Morse Co. Ltd building.
Nice brickwork on the name.

The CN Maple Leaf logo on a bridge.

The Canadian Fairbanks Morse building is lovely.   Built in 1913, same year as the CPR Telegraph Building.

Great location if somebody wanted to convert it to luxury lofts...

Do we have the address for this building?

If it's the same one I found on Google Maps, address is 980 Rue Saint-Antoine, Montreal.  Go to the back of the building on street view and look up.  Also found a website that indicates the owner of the property plans to demolish the building and put up a 34 storey tower in it's place, although no dates are mentioned so I don't know how accurate that information is.
