CP 8781 is painted orange to honor the new contract with Hapag-Lloyd Shipping through the Port of Saint John, NB. Hapag-Lloyd paints their containers orange, with the company name in black lettering on the side. So CP had the locomotive painted orange with Hapag-Lloyd in black on the hood sides. This is similar to what BNSF and NS did when they won a large contract to haul Maersk container traffic about fifteen years ago, each railroad painted a locomotive into Maersk colors.
