What Happened to VIA #1 at Winnipeg?

Anyone know what happened to VIA 1 at WPG last night?  Arrived early at 18:45 but sat there until 03:24 this morning.  Recently VIA 1 and 2 had been doing pretty good.

Well, the hot CN 111 & 115 are detouring over the prairie north line which suggests problems on the main line.

There is also trains parked everywhere on the CN mainline, east of Saskatoon. Is there a shortage of train crews here? Fred
