Proposed Detroit-Toronto passenger service question

Where would the CP line thru the Detroit River tunnel connect with the CN?
Would a Windsor stop be at the present VIA station or on the CP?

Eventually, yes, east of Windsor or in Chatham, ON

A CP routing bypasses the VIA station in Walkerville.

There was once the Michigan Central station just south of Windsor. The Niagara Rainbow used to stop there. I believe the building is long gone.
