CP Kootenay Operations Info

I'm going to be working up in the south Kootenay region of BC next week, and am hoping to catch CP's operations between Trail and Creston.  Can anyone share any current info on running times of the CP mixed freight on this line?

I live in Procter ,about  20 miles east of Nelson.  WE see an eastbound train around dinner time and a west bound during the middle of the night
