July 16 was a warm summer's eve in Jasper Alberta as the Rocky Mountaineer makes it's moves in preparation for next morning's departure and a lone GE ET44AC sits waiting for it's crew to be ordered to take 12,000 ft. of empty intermodal west.

I love visiting Jasper. Such a nice town and great scenery and wildlife all around.
