Mr Creel mentioned how pleased CP is with the growth of this port. They are on target for 300,000 boxes this year. Hope to reach 800,000 in a few years.

Right now, several fingers on short docks are being filled in to allow more flexibility.

With the purchase of Pan Am, will CSXT have access as well via haulage rights?

They would have to negotiate haulage rights with the two Irving owned railroads. Pan Am did not have such rights. Then of course they would have to reach an agreement with the two shipping companies serving the port, Hapag-Lloyd and CMA CGM.
