Before they were renumbered to 511 and 513, the gypsum trains between Wrights Cove and Milford in Nova Scotia had CN unit train numbers, 701 and 703.  Going back even further, with MLWs and shorter trains, there was also a 705, with 3 round trips to the mine each day.  Today, with longer trains, larger cars and reduced demand for the rock, there is usually only one train a day, with a second called for a few weeks at a time when the stockpile starts to get low.

On June 25, 2007, the crew had coupled onto the empties in Wrights Cove, completed the brake test, and then backed out onto the Dartmouth Sub at mile 10.1, before proceeding west to Windsor Jct. They are shown here nearing Akerley Blvd. in the Burnside Industrial Park, near mile 8 of the Dartmouth Sub.  SD75I 5798 and SD70I 5608 had about 65 empties hoppers on behind as they passed the small, and mostly empty, Burnside Yard as the sun was sinking towards the horizon at 20:25.
